Pump Shop Technician
Pump Shop Technicians are the heart of service operations at Don-Nan. Technicians follow a standardized procedure  for repairing and building pumps, tubing anchors, and gas separators. We hire and train both experienced and non-experienced technicians.

Dedicated technicians with superior performance records are good candidates for advancement into supervisory and sales roles.

Logistics Staff
Logistics staff operate a warehouse that receives stock from internal and external suppliers, inventories material, and then packages and dispatches goods to other Don-Nan locations and resellers.
Machine Operator
Operate a CNC in our machine shop, a honing machine in our barrel production facility, or a grinding machine in our plunger facility. All  machine operator positions are located at headquarters in Midland, TX.
Field Sales
Field salespeople work directly out of a designated service center to manage local accounts and generate new business. Typically this position requires several years of oilfield sales experience and a very good understanding of rod lift. 
Gas Lift Technician
Get in on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding team of knowledgeable gas lift engineers and technicians to grow Don-Nan's gas lift presence in North America. This position will install gas lift equipment onsite within the Permian Basin. Position is based out of headquarters in Midland, TX. 

Duties & Responsibilities
Proper installation of gas lift equipment in field.
Responsible for developing and maintaining field customer relationships.
Stay up-to-date on gas lift field knowledge.
Understand and comply with all safety, environmental, and company policies.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Minimum Qualifications  
Valid driver's license. (CDL not required)
Ability to travel overnight. 
Ability to be on-call/standby, weekends included.
Basic oilfield knowledge.
Detailed and punctual.

Gas lift field experience preferred but not required.
Field experience in oilfield production environment desirable.
 - Training will be onsite with an experienced gas lift technician.

Design Engineer
Design components for sucker rod pumps, gas lift systems, and other downhole tools and equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare production/manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor 2D and 3D and Creo Parametric.
Develop calculations as required for verifying equipment and components.
Optimize and test designs using Finite Element Analysis.
Prepare and document engineering change notices for continuous improvement.
Review drawings and schematics for accuracy.
Perform failure analysis, including sample preparation, metallography and develop/prepare report.
Prepare, present and publish technical documents and reports for industry events.
Develop test procedures.
Must understand and comply with all safety, environmental, and company policies
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Minimum Qualifications  
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar from an accredited university.
Excellent communication skills for effective dialogue with colleagues and customers.
Ability to organize and document in English for reporting and technical papers.
Proficiency in computer programs including Autodesk Inventor 2D & 3D, Autodesk Algor, Fluent, ANSYS, CFD applications and Creo Parametric.
Ability to learn in-house software specific to Don-Nan.

5 years. 

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
Knowledge of 6 Sigma, ISO9001 and API Specification Q1.
3 or more years in a similar role within upstream oil and gas.
Information Technology Staff
IT plays a critical role in the maintenance and development of the technology infrastructure at Don-Nan. Programmers and technicians support all Don-Nan locations in the areas of user support, network maintenance, security management, program development, and technology planning.
Business Support
Positions critical to daily operations such as accounting, payroll, purchasing, human resources, marketing, facilities, and maintenance.
